JOB PURPOSE

To consistently maintain the entire home broadband Management Information and Data ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of required reports to defined recipients and innovation of new reports where required. Provide insightful analytical reports highlighting trends and any other observations key to decision making

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Generate accurate home broadband sales and installation business analytics reports enabling timely decision making.
  • Track and ensure all business continuity plans
  • Ensure resolution of any MIS related issues faced by sales staff and installers in a timely manner in coordination with other cross functional teams i.e IT, Finance, Marketing or Network.
  • Ensure targets are set correctly and on time for all sales and installation clusters and communicated to all stakeholders by the 1st of every month.
  • Ensure trade related activities which are expected to lead to achievement of targets are properly tracked.
  • liaise with sales and installation staff and update information for timely and correct reports.
  • Ensure correct and timely payments of all channel partners are made according to SLA and meeting of minimum thresholds for targets
  • Monitor processes to maintain costs through business excellence.
  • Manage Opex control and governance of processes in line with business requirements.
  • Study secondary research information on the industry.
  • Maintain trends for key business performance indicators and market intelligence and disseminates to the sales and installation teams at regular intervals.
  • Monitor inventory and forecast the demand plan of ODUs and KYC kits
  • Responsible for the Capex management and maintaining close track of HBB costs.
  • capex control and governance of processes in line with business requirements.
  • Ensure there is adequate inventory for trade related activities which are expected to lead to achievement of targets are properly tracked.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent
  • At least 3 proven successful years of experience in sales with a combination of direct and indirect sales.
  • Exposure to the Telecommunications Industry or FMCG environment
  • Customer focused.
  • Business acumen.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Sets high personal standards and is goal oriented.
  • Strong coaching skills.
  • Good communications skills, both orally and in writing.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Competent in SQL Data Mining.
  • Competent in Excel Data Manipulation.
