Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations: Oversee all hotel departments including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Maintenance to ensure seamless service standards.

Revenue & Sales: Drive occupancy rates and optimize pricing strategies via online travel agencies (OTAs) and tour operators.

Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and lead a local team, fostering a culture of excellence and staff development.

Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to guest feedback on platforms like TripAdvisor and Booking.com to ensure high satisfaction.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years of progressive management experience in hospitality.

Education: Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality Management.

Languages: Fluent in English.

Cultural Fit: Proven adaptability to working in diverse cultural settings and remote or regional locations.

Compliance: Willingness to comply with Tanzanian labor laws and facilitate necessary work permit processes.
