DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administering compensation, benefits and performance management systems.
  • Planning, supervising, and coordinating work activities of staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
  • Planning, organizing, or coordinating the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of the hospital.
  • Serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting conditions of service and their enforcement, administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Processing, verifying, and maintaining personnel related documentation, including stalling, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.
  • Preparing monthly staff returns and managing payroll.
  • Maintaining Establishment charts and records
  • Identifying training needs of Clerical, Subordinate and Industrial staff
  • Examining schedules of established offices.
  • Identifying and correcting areas of Over and understaffing
  • Provide periodic Human Resource reports to the management

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in human resource obtained from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the same position.
  • Knowledge and experience in Human resource issues and related
