Responsibilities

The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for a range of HR functions, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Managing employee records and HR databases.
  • Supporting employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Administering employee benefits and compensation.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assisting in performance management processes.
  • Contributing to HR policy development and implementation.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience is required.
