Lilongwe Pentecostal Church Christian School (LPCCS) is a well-established school, registered with the Government of Malawi and licensed by the Ministry of Education. LPCCS follows the Government calendar and is compliant with the Education Curriculum issued by the Malawi Institute of Education enforced by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology. LPCCS is founded on Christian Faith and equally accepts learners from other faith backgrounds. LPCCS is looking for suitable persons to fill the following position:
Responsibilities or duties
- Provide support to the Head Teacher in his or her responsibilities with regard to the overall management of human resources programs and services at LPCCS;
- Help coordinate and support human resources processes, activities, and service delivery, to ensure they meet latest legal requirements and standards and reflect best employment practices;
- Assess service needs and provide quality process services and advice to support the Head Teacher in daily employee management responsibilities;
- Collect and organize input on human resources processes and policies and participate in the review and update of employment manuals, guidelines, and tools;
- Support professional development needs assessment and help ensure the provision of precise development programs for employees of LPCCS;
- Maintain record keeping through personnel files that adheres to required employment regulations;
- Provide support on analytical reports on human resources-related data, metrics and trends to support decision-making, workforce planning and development.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Advanced Diploma in Human Resources or Administration from a well-recognized institution;
- Malawi School Certificate of Education;
- A Christian with good standing in his/her church.
Experience needed
- At least three years hands-on experience. Those with more than three years’ experience will have an added advantage.

External: Ministry of Labour, Parents, Human Resources and Administration Officers from other institutions legal counsels, providers of human resources related services, LPCCS partners and Consultants.
