Background
Bespat Human Capital Management is a Human Resource Recruitment and Management provider established to provide leading edge people management solutions and consulting services to businesses, organizations and government.
We are now looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a team of experts to support the growth of this business; and also to provide services to our current staff compliment of 241 employees working within Bespat Holdings Limited and our various clients.
Responsibilities
The HR Manager shall be responsible for any planning regarding the human resources and development of a company’s workforce, in addition to the daily responsibilities as detailed below:
- Ensuring employees follow all policies and procedures for Bespat Holdings Limited and Clients
- Assessing reports provided by the HR team, team leaders and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needs
- Suggesting changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs
- Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits
- Creating recruitment plans and interview schedules in accordance with the business needs.
- Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team
- Attending interdepartmental meetings with other managers
- Organising Disciplinary Hearings in accordance with the company policy and local labour laws
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources and Public Administration
- Candidates with a qualification in another field but with experience as an HR Generalist are encouraged to apply
- Communication skills: Excellent speaking and listening skills to share information effectively, while paying careful attention to concerns and questions from clients, employees and job applicants.
- Decision-making skills: Quick in decision making in resolving employee disputes and grievances.
- Detail-oriented: ensuring the workplace is compliant with labour standards, maintaining accurate and up to date records regarding employee grievances, performing background checks and reviewing candidate qualifications.
- Interpersonal skills: easy going with new employees while conversing and connecting with people from various backgrounds and experiences.
