JOB DETAILS:

Crossroads Hotel Lilongwe is seeking to fill various posts.

Responsibilities or duties

• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Develop and implement Human Resources strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
