Responsibilities or duties
- Maintain and troubleshoot the courier tracking software and barcode scanners.
- Manage the company's Wi-Fi network and printer systems at all branches.
- Provide technical support to intake agents and dispatch clerks for system glitches.
- Run regular database backups to secure shipment records.
- Set up new user accounts and access permissions for employees.
