Job Overview
The Induction Officer will design and deliver structured induction programs to help new employees integrate smoothly and understand company policies, safety standards, and organisational culture.
The Role
This role focuses on creating engaging onboarding experiences and supporting new employees during their transition into the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver group-wide induction programs
- Conduct engaging induction sessions for new employees
- Ensure understanding of company policies, safety rules, and culture
- Coordinate role-specific induction with departments
- Develop induction materials such as manuals and presentations
- Maintain accurate induction records
- Monitor and evaluate induction effectiveness
- Support new employees during probation
- Report induction outcomes to HR management
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in HR, training, or employee development
- Experience delivering induction programs preferred
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning systems
- Understanding of adult learning principles
- Flexible and enthusiastic approach
