Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Sales Executive based in Lilongwe, Malawi. The role involves identifying potential leads, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Executive will develop and execute sales strategies, promote IT-related products and services, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions based on customer needs and market demands.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Expertise in Account Management, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Strong understanding of Information Technology and its application in various industries.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience in working with a diverse client base, including government entities and private organizations, is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
