VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT:
Life Insurance Sales Agents
Tenable in Lilongwe, Blantyre & Mzuzu
Key Areas of Accountability
- Prospecting
- Making sales presentations
- Negotiating and closing business deals
- Handling customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
- Producing quotations for prospective clients
- Providing after sales service
- Any other duties as assigned by the Team Supervisor from time to time

Qualifications
- Minimum MSCE with credits in English and Mathematics
- Those with a Diploma in Sales and Marketing will have an added advantage.
- Successful track record of selling in the financial services sector, teaching or any other relevant profession will be an added advantage;
- Highly networked and good at connecting with people;
- Prior experience in selling life or investments products will be a definite advantage.
- Good working knowledge of financial markets and financial products.
- Results oriented and able to work under strict deadlines to meet sales targets.
