JOB DETAILS:

Chifira BeachFront Lodge, a newly built lodge along the beautiful shores of Lake Malawi in Nkhata Bay (Chifira), is inviting applications from qualified, experienced, and self-driven individuals to fill the position of Lodge Manager.Advertise in Malawi

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations of the lodge
• Manage and supervise all activities within the premises
• Prepare weekly reports (every Friday)
• Plan and organize events and promotions
• Develop new ideas to grow and market the lodge
• Perform other assigned duties

REQUIREMENTS & ATTRIBUTES

• Experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer care
• Proven ability to manage operations and staff
• Self-starter with strong leadership skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and bring new ideas
• Basic computer knowledge is a must

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum: MSCE
• Certificate in Hospitality Management with experience
• Diploma is an added advantage

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: professional certificate
