A Production Corporation in Lilongwe is urgently seeking for efficient Logistics GPS Clerk to ensure timely services of GPS tracking of trucks under its Logistics Department

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Applicants should be in possession of

• Following up each trip from dispatch office up to customer place and way back to the end of the trip.
• Receiving and following up the GPS alert, stoppages, over speeding, power cut off and reporting to superiors for necessary action.
• Making daily report where every truck location is identified with a reason and reporting to management.
• Reporting for faulty devise and other matters to Superiors GPS supplier so that all matters are worked on time.
• Receiving drivers report when matters arises that causes the delay/stoppages while the driver is in transit.
• Any other duties assigned by management.

• Computer Knowledge in Microsoft excel and word

• Malawi School certificate of Education
• Computer Knowledge in Microsoft excel and word
• Experience in GPS trucking logistics will be an added advantage
