MANAGEMENT TRAINEES
Limbe Leaf Tobacco Company seeks Management Trainees at the Lilongwe Head Office on for a maximum period of 36 months.
To develop high-potential graduates into future leaders by providing structured leaming, practical work experience, and exposure across key business functions, enabling them to build the skills and competencies required for management roles within the organization.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured graduate training and development programme.
- Rotate across key departments to gain broad business exposure.
- Support day-to-day operations and contribute to departmental objectives
- Assist in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
- Work on assigned projects and present findings/recommendations.
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programmes.
- Collaborate with teams to solve problems and improve efficiency.
- Demonstrate initiative, accountability, and a strong willingness to leam.
Qualifications, Experience and Key Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as, Business Administraton, Engineering. Agricuiture, Marketing, Arts, Economics or related disciplines.
- Strong academic performance.
- Recent graduate or maximum of 2 years” working experience.
- Demonstrated leadership involvement in academic or extracurricular activities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Must be between 22 and 30 years of age.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independenty.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications (eg. MS Office).
