INTRODUCTION
Telekom Networks Malawi Plc (TNM) is looking for a suitably qualified person to join our team as a MANAGER-ENTERPRISE PRODUCTS.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Manager- Enterprise Products shall be responsible for developing and managing consumer products and services to ensure that they are relevant to the changing market needs.
JOB SUMMARY
To manage the Enterprise products portfolio and ensure the achievement of strategic objectives for profitable growth and expansion of market share.
MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a Business Services portfolio strategy aligned with marketing strategy and customer needs.
- Develop tactical plans for Enterprise, Home, and Mobile contract services to support retention and loyalty strategies.
- Contribute to revenue planning and budgeting for the business services portfolio.
- Identify and define Key Performance Indicators for business services and overall marketing strategy.
- Conduct research on new technology and recommend new products/services for enterprise, home, and SME markets.
- Analyze performance trends and respond with attractive offers to ensure customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Manage new product development process from inception through to launch.
- Negotiate contract terms, including commercial terms, with service providers and recommend for approval.
- Liaise with Legal Division to draft and finalize service contracts.
- Work with marketing communications team to brief and train staff on new products before launch.
- Act as central contact point and subject matter expert for all business services product requirements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in new product development.
- Liaise with Marketing to develop marketing messages for product positioning and affordability.
- Ensure products remain relevant by analyzing customer feedback for product re-engineering decisions.
- Manage product life cycle effectively.
- Ensure all outsourced services are governed by valid contracts and compliance with agreed parameters.
- Conduct product testing to ensure functionality.
- Ensure first-line support teams (call centre) have sufficient information for customer assistance.
- Review and manage high-revenue product pricing and positioning.
- Ensure all product/service prices are submitted to the regulator in line with TNM’s license requirements.
- Support stakeholders in customer retention management.
- Participate in designing sales strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Work with stakeholders to segment the enterprise market and design initiatives for each segment; lead, mentor, and coach team for optimum productivity.
JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE
- ISP or ICT solutions service product management experience: 4-6 years.
- Telecoms industry management experience: minimum 2 years.
EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA or advanced technical degree is a strong advantage.
