Job Advert: Marketing Manager
Location: Sigelege Hotels Lilongwe Office
Sigelege Beach Resort is a leading beachfront destination renowned for exceptional guest experiences, vibrant events, and authentic Malawian hospitality. As part of our strategic growth and brand expansion plan, we are seeking a dynamic, creative, and commercially driven Marketing Manager to elevate our market presence and drive revenue performance.
About the Role
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy that increases brand visibility, drives direct bookings, strengthens digital presence, and supports revenue growth across rooms, food & beverage, conferencing, and leisure activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to revenue targets
- Drive digital performance (SEO, paid media, social, email campaigns)
- Strengthen brand positioning locally and regionally
- Partner with Sales & Operations to grow occupancy and event revenue
- Monitor KPIs, ROI, and marketing analytics
- Build travel trade, corporate, and media partnerships
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing (hospitality experience preferred)
- Strong digital marketing expertise (SEO, analytics, social media ads)
- Proven track record in revenue-driven campaigns
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Creative thinker with strong commercial focus
