Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in microfinance, Bank or SACCO.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of cooperative financial services and a valid driver's licence will be an added advantage.
