Overview

Limbe Leaf SACCO is fully licensed by Reserve Bank of Malawi and an affiliate of Malawi Union of Savings & Credit Cooperatives Ltd (MUSCCO), a member owned and democratically controlled financial cooperative society that aims at providing quality and affordable financial services to its members. The SACCO is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer and Member Service Officer to promote our financial products and services, grow membership, and enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that attract and retain members.

Post: Marketing and Member Service Officer

Contract Duration: Two years- Renewable

Location: Lilongwe

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote SACCO products and services
  • Recruit new members and maintain strong relationships with existing ones
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth
  • Organize promotional events, outreach programs, and community engagements
  • Manage social media platforms and marketing materials
  • Prepare regular marketing reports and performance analysis

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in financial services or SACCOs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet targets and work under minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage.

  • Creativity and innovation.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
