Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons in line with the curriculum
- Assess and evaluate student performance
- Maintain effective classroom management and discipline
- Prepare lesson plans, tests, and reports on time
- Participate in school meetings and extracurricular activities
- Support students academically and promote their overall development
Basic Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Diploma in Education
- Teaching experience is an added advantage
- Strong subject knowledge in the relevant teaching area
Additional Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and internet use)
- High level of integrity and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a secondary school environment
- Familiarity with the Malawi secondary school curriculum
- Ability to contribute to extracurricular activities
