Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to drive revenue growth and promote our creative services.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Creative thinking and understanding of branding/media services
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Must be based in Blantyre

• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for multimedia services
• Identify and secure new clients for all products and services
• Market and sell advertising, media production, and content creation services
• Manage company social media platforms and support digital marketing campaigns
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and creative pitches
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and production teams to deliver client projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct market research and track industry trends
• Achieve set sales targets and prepare performance reports
• Represent the company at events and client meetings
