African Bible College (ABC) Mission Hospital is a dynamic, innovative and very busy health facility operating under CHAM (Christian Health Association of Malawi), committed to providing excellent and compassionate care to all patients. We are seeking suitably qualified, experienced, and dedicated individuals with high integrity to join our growing team in the following vacant positions:

Responsibilities or duties

Patient Care: Conduct consultations, provide physical, mental, and emotional care, perform ward rounds, and carry out emergency measures such as CPR.

Diagnostics & Treatment: Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and perform surgical procedures.

Referral & Guidance: Recommend specialists when needed, counsel and educate patients on hygiene, diet, and disease prevention.

Documentation: Record and update patient medical histories and clinical notes.

Supervision & Education: Oversee Clinical Officers and Medical Assistants, participate in research, and pursue ongoing professional development.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

MBBS with a minimum of 5 years working experience at a busy hospital.

Must be registered with Medical Council of Malawi.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Superb decision-making skills and communication

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at ease.
