Responsibilities or duties

• Conducting assessments for both children and adults with neurological or developmental condition.
• Implement treatment programs for patients with paediatric conditions.
• Conducting speech and language therapy assessment for paediatric and adults conditions.
• Providing speech and language treatment.
• Educate caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and therapy notes
• Ensure therapy equipment is clean, safe, and well maintained
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Diploma in Medical Rehabilitation with over two years of work experience.
• Experience working with children, especially in pediatric rehabilitation, is an added advantage
• Knowledge of basic rehabilitation techniques and patient handling.
• Knowledge in speech and language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and child-friendly attitude
• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team
