Responsibilities

• Manage biorepository samples and records
• Perform nucleic acid extraction, analysis & quantification
• Conduct metagenomic library preparation & Illumina sequencing
• Analyze sequencing data and manage REDCap entries
• Develop SOPs and troubleshoot lab processes
• Collaborate with research teams and partners
