JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview: To support the tracking, documentation, and reporting of YCN’s activities and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting monitoring data from field activities (e.g., through surveys, attendance lists).
- Help enter and organize data in simple databases or spreadsheets.
- Support the analysis of data to assess project progress.
- Contribute to drafting activity reports and compiling success stories.
- Ensure project documentation is complete and filed properly.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Good analytical and data management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
- Ability to summarize information clearly in writing.
