JOB DETAILS:

Speed Courier and Logistics is inviting applications from suitably qualified, hardworking, trust worthy and self-motivated individuals to fill the following positions at our Lilongwe Branch:

1. NIGHT SHIFT SUPERVISOR (2 POSITIONS)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise all night shift operations.
• Monitor parcel loading, unloading, and sorting activities.
• Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of parcels.
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and security measures.
• Manage and coordinate night shift staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: professional certificate
