Job Overview

The Role
The Nursery Class Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering developmentally appropriate learning activities while fostering a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

- Foster a nurturing, safe, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications:
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Early Childhood Development
- Montessori Certificate
- Registered with the Teachers Council of Malawi (TCM)
Skills and Competencies:
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
