ECO Environment Consultants (ECO-ENVIRON) is looking for a motivated, organized and dependable Office Assistant to join our team. If you are passionate about providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of an office, we encourage you to apply.

LOCATION: Lilongwe

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and assist visitors professionally.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain organized office filing systems.
  • Photocopy, scan, print and prepare documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Keep the office clean and well organized.
  • Monitor office supplies and report replenishment needs.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing meeting venues.
  • Support staff with general administrative duties.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
  • Must be computer literate with basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
