About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organised and reliable Operations Intern to support ISSED's day-to-day operations and help ensure that programmes, events and activities are effectively planned, coordinated and implemented.

Key Responsibilties

  • Support in planning, coordinating and monitoring programme and project activities.
  • Assist with logistics, procurement and inventory management.
  • Help maintain records, reports and databases,
  • Support office administration and coordination of meetings and events.
  • Work with different teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of office administration, logistics and procurement processes.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
