We are a mission-driven microfinance institution seeking an Operations Manager to oversee operations, strengthen portfolio quality, ensure compliance, and lead digital transformation.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Development Studies
- 5–7+ years in microfinance or retail lending
- Experience managing branch networks/field teams
- Strong knowledge of risk management & compliance
