Background

Mzuzu Panel Beaters is a Limited company based in Mzuzu, the Northern part of Malawi. Its activities are mainly Motor Vehicle Repairs-Panel Beating, Mechanical and Auto-Electrical Maintenance, Spare Parts Sales, Vehicle Inspection Centre (C.O.F), Recovery Services, Car Insurance Agent (NICO GENERAL) and Distribution of Afrox Gases i.e., Industrial, Medical and Equipment.

Qualifications and Experience

For Positions 1, 3 & 4: Candidates must have an M.S.C.E with grade 1/level 3 trade test or city & guilds diploma with a minimum of 2 years’ experience at a busy workshop/garage. Those with an advanced craft certificate will have an added advantage.

For Position 2: Grade 3 or level 1 with knowledge and experience in vehicle preparation before painting.

For Position 5: Candidates must have, a minimum of a diploma in marketing/sales/business management and must be computer literate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience at a busy establishment. Those with an automobile mechanics qualification or experience will have an added advantage.

Candidate Profile

The candidates should be: Mature, objective and self-motivated with a sound knowledge of the Automotive Parts Industry. Aggressive, results oriented, fast learner, computer literate, having verbal/written communication skills and able to work with minimal supervision.
