• Prepare, bake, and present a wide range of pastries, desserts, breads, cakes, and confectionery for the hotel's restaurants, banquets, and room service.

• Decorate pastries and desserts to high aesthetic standards.
• Manage the pastry section of the kitchen, including ingredient ordering, stock control, and equipment maintenance.
