Responsibilities or duties

• Production & Menu Development: Oversee the daily production of all pastries, cakes, desserts, and breads. Develop innovative and seasonal dessert menus in collaboration with the Executive Chef .
• Quality Control: Ensure all pastry items meet the hotel's standards for taste, texture, presentation, and freshness .
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, mentor, and schedule the pastry kitchen team .
• Inventory & Cost Control: Manage pastry inventory, minimize food waste, and contribute to cost efficiency by monitoring portion control and ingredient usage .
• Hygiene & Safety: Enforce strict HACCP standards and ensure the pastry kitchen maintains impeccable cleanliness and organization .
• Collaboration: Work closely with other culinary and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless service and memorable dining experiences for guests .
