JOB DETAILS:
Agricultural Trading Company Limited (ATC), a subsidiary company of AHL Group Pic is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Pest Control Supervisor, as follows:
Position function
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Pest Control Officer, and be assisting with the in pest control operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, training technicians, and managing customer relationships.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The main duties and responsibilities of the Pest Control Supervisor will include the following:
- Monitoring pest control technicians and guide them on the best practices and ensure they are equipped to handle various pest control challenges.
- Ensuring the quality of pest control services and that all treatments are effective and comply with industry standards.
- Communicating with clients to understand their pest issues and explain the solutions being Implemented.
- Coordinating the logistics of pest control operations, including scheduling jobs, tracking inventory, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning property.
- Ensuring that all pest control activities comply with local regulations and safety standards.
- Any other related duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Diploma in Agriculture Science or Extension Services from a recognized institution.
- Must be trained in Pesticide Application and Safety Handling
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in pest and disease control
- Team player with good leadership and communication skills

Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
