JOB DETAILS:

PHARMACY MANAGER

Employer: Limbe Pharmacy Ltd

Location: Zomba Branch

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Registration with PMRA
• Valid Practicing License
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• No history of professional misconduct

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Dispense medication accurately
• Conduct Point of Care Testing
• Manage inventory: monitor stocks, forecast needs, manage expiry dates, minimize waste, and conduct audits
• Handle procurement: source, order, and receive supplies
• Lead and supervise pharmacy staff
• Manage systems: configure inventory software & oversee data entry
• Collaborate with doctors and facilities to align inventory with patient care
• Perform other duties as assigned
