ABOUT THE ROLE

Crossroads Hotel Blantyre is urgently looking for a suitably qualified and experienced Plumber to join their hospitality team. If you have the skills, experience, and a commitment to quality work in a busy environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the hospitality industry.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
• Certificate or Diploma in Plumbing obtained from an institution recognised by TEVETA
• At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience as a Plumber in a busy environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry will have an added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

(General plumbing duties in a hotel environment include):

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues promptly
• Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Respond to emergency plumbing requests
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operations

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: professional certificate
