JOB DETAILS:
Tilina Private Schools is seeking qualified and dedicated Preschool and Primary School Teachers to join their team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering quality education, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring effective classroom management. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate educators who are registered or eligible for registration with the Teachers Council of Malawi (TCM).
Primary School Teachers
Key Requirements
- Relevant teaching qualification:
- Primary School Teaching Certificate, Diploma, or Degree for primary applicants
- TCM registration (or eligible to register)
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the school curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to achieve educational goals
