Background

Reporting to Head of Prestige, the successful candidates will be responsible for delivering a professional, consistent, efficient, and flexible fast service whilst collaborating with other segments to drive business growth across the value chains.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Prestige – Relationship Manager tenable at Lilongwe. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be acknowledged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Retain existing customers and attract new clients to grow the Prestige- Premier banking portfolios.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, providing a relationship banking-style approach.
  • Client support and retention.
  • Offer advice on lending and other tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Proactively identify revenue avenues by understanding client financial behaviours and needs.
  • Maximize cross-selling opportunities for various bank products and services.
  • Manage client portfolios and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant risk, compliance, and governance requirements

Technical Skills & Competence:

  • Good interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail with excellent research and problem-solving attributes.
  • Self-starter and mature
  • High level of professionalism, assertive, self-motivated and sense of urgency

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • From recognized institution
  • At least 2 years’ experience in relationship management or marketing/selling.
