Background
Reporting to Head of Prestige, the successful candidates will be responsible for delivering a professional, consistent, efficient, and flexible fast service whilst collaborating with other segments to drive business growth across the value chains.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Retain existing customers and attract new clients to grow the Prestige- Premier banking portfolios.
- Act as the primary point of contact, providing a relationship banking-style approach.
- Client support and retention.
- Offer advice on lending and other tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Proactively identify revenue avenues by understanding client financial behaviours and needs.
- Maximize cross-selling opportunities for various bank products and services.
- Manage client portfolios and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant risk, compliance, and governance requirements
Technical Skills & Competence:
- Good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail with excellent research and problem-solving attributes.
- Self-starter and mature
- High level of professionalism, assertive, self-motivated and sense of urgency
Qualifications and Requirements:
- From recognized institution
- At least 2 years’ experience in relationship management or marketing/selling.
