OVERVIEW
Hillcrest Private Schools, a reputable private institution based in Mzuzu, is inviting suitably qualified and experienced individuals to apply for the following positions:
Must be residing in Mzuzu, preferably in areas close to Chiputula.
1. Primary School Teachers (5 Positions)
Key Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be a qualified and registered teacher with the Teachers Council of Malawi (TCM).
- Should hold a Certificate or Diploma in Primary School Education from a recognized institution.
- Must have experience teaching at primary school level.
- Should demonstrate good classroom management, lesson planning, and assessment skills.
- Must be resident in Mzuzu or nearby areas.
- Should have previous experience in teaching, preferably those who have served in government schools and have since retired or been released but still possess strong passion to continue teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver effective lessons in assigned subjects.
- Maintain discipline and promote a conducive learning environment.
- Assess and record learners’ progress.
- Participate in staff meetings and school activities.
- Support the Head Teacher in achieving the school’s academic goals.
