VACANCY: PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS (2 Positions)

Open Eye Private Schools invites applications from qualified and dedicated individuals to fill vacant positions for Primary School Teachers.

DUTIES

• Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans in line with the school curriculum
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress
• Foster a positive learning environment and uphold school discipline standards
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to support student development
• Participate in school meetings, parent engagement activities, and extracurricular programs
• Ensure timely marking and reporting of student assessments
• Contribute to the acquisition and effective use of teaching materials
• Uphold school policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Hold a recognized Teaching Certificate
• Completion of Malawi Secondary Education
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Must be honest, self-motivated, and committed to student success
• Must be a self- starter.
