Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates to fill the existing following vacant posts in the Parliamentary Service.

Responsibilities or duties

To manage printing and publication services.

  • Supervises and coordinates operations schedules of the Parliamentary Print Section;
  • Maintains quality assurance procedures for all printed parliamentary materials;
  • Ensures compliance with approved publication formats and standards;
  • Manages confidential and time-sensitive parliamentary publications;
  • Oversees the operation, maintenance, and utilization of printing equipment;
  • Recommends improvements in printing technology, production processes service delivery;
  • Monitors usage of printing materials, including paper, ink, and other supplies;
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive parliamentary documents; and,
  • Ensures compliance with occupational health and safety requirements and environment and waste management.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

A Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication or Journalism or Editing and Publishing or another closely related discipline with two (2) years' demonstrated work experience in printing, publishing or production processes. Applicants with a Diploma in Printing and Graphics will have an added advantage.

Two (2) years' demonstrated work experience in printing, publishing or production processes.
