JOB DETAILS:

Responsibilities or duties,

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the college.
• Ensure compliance with regulations of the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE).
• Oversee academic programmes, teaching quality, and curriculum development.
• Manage human, financial, and physical resources of the college.
• Represent the institution in engagements with regulatory bodies and partners.
• Promote research, innovation, and institutional development.
• Provide leadership to academic and administrative staff.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills),

• Master’s Degree in Education or related field. A PhD will be an added advantage.
• Experience in academic administration and institutional leadership.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of higher education quality assurance systems.

Experience needed,

• At least 5 years’ experience in higher education teaching and management.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
