Responsibilities or duties
- Source and purchase packing materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap) at competitive rates.
- Manage the procurement of fuel, vehicle parts, and office stationery.
- Negotiate contracts with external suppliers and workshop garages.
- Maintain supplier databases and evaluate vendor performance.
- Ensure all purchased items are properly stored and issued on a first-in-first-out basis.
