We are looking for individuals to help shape a wellness experience that brings together Malawian warmth and heritage with aromas, flavours and rituals from around the world.

Responsibilities or duties

• Design and implement wellness programs, retreats, and workshops (yoga, meditation, nutrition talks).
• Curate wellness retail products (skincare, supplements, apparel) in collaboration with vendors.
• Oversee the quality and presentation of all wellness amenities (e.g., welcome drinks, pillow menus, turndown services).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests regarding wellness itineraries.
• Conduct guest consultations to tailor wellness plans (dietary, fitness, relaxation).
• Monitor guest feedback and adjust programming to meet evolving expectations.
• Manage the budget for the wellness department, including P&L responsibility.
• Train front-line staff on wellness philosophy and product knowledge.
• Ensure all wellness facilities (gym, pool, spa) meet safety and hygiene standards.
• Work closely with the F&B team to develop healthy menu options (superfood smoothies, detox juices).
• Partner with the Marketing team to promote wellness packages and seasonal events.

Qualifications or requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Health Sciences, or Sports Management.
• Certified in Yoga, Pilates, or Personal Training (preferred).
• Strong understanding of nutrition and holistic health trends.

Experience needed
