Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) Trainee to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about project management and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced technology environment. The trainee will support project managers and senior officers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating project activities, resources, and documentation.
  • Support project managers in preparing project plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Monitor project progress and update stakeholders on milestones and deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including meeting minutes and status reports.
  • Participate in project review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project management standards.
  • Learn and apply project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMBOK).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the project management discipline.
