POSITION SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance & Standards Manager will lead the newly established Quality Assurance Unit and serve as the custodian of Magic Clean’s Operating System.
This role is responsible for ensuring that cleaning standards are consistently translated into daily operational behavior across all sites, making service delivery system-driven rather than supervisor-dependent.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Standards Development & System Design
- Define and continuously improve standardized cleaning methods.
- Develop literacy-inclusive, visual cleaning standards and procedural guides.
- Align operational standards with Health & Safety requirements.
2. Quality Assurance & Auditing
- Design and implement a national quality inspection framework.
- Conduct periodic site audits to assess compliance and performance consistency.
- Establish measurable KPIs for service excellence.
- Produce monthly quality performance reports for executive review.News
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Quality Management, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in operations, quality assurance, process management, or service industry leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in designing systems, processes, or structured programs.
- Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives will be an added advantage.
