Applications are invited for the post of Receptionist/Assistant at Nexia Graham Carr, Blantyre Office

Duties and Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

  • Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors, clients and staff in a professional manner.

Communication Hub

  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls and managing emails.

Provide Administrative Support to Audit and Advisory services

  • Typing and scanning
  • Financial statements
  • Management letters
  • Solicitors letters
  • Engagement letters
  • General correspondence
  • Funding and bank confirmations

Any Other Duties

  • Any other work as might be assigned by Partners/Managers/Senior Administrative Assistant from time to time.

Required skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma /Advanced Diploma in Business Administration/Business Management
  • Secretarial qualifications
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization: Multitasking, time management and organizational abilities.
  • Professionalism: a welcoming, professional and positive attitude.
  • Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment (printers, scanners etc.)
  • Aged between 25 to 40 years old
  • 2 to 5 years-experience and a self-starter

Location – Blantyre
