Applications are invited for the post of Receptionist/Assistant at Nexia Graham Carr, Blantyre Office
Duties and Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
- Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors, clients and staff in a professional manner.
Communication Hub
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls and managing emails.
Provide Administrative Support to Audit and Advisory services
- Typing and scanning
- Financial statements
- Management letters
- Solicitors letters
- Engagement letters
- General correspondence
- Funding and bank confirmations
Any Other Duties
- Any other work as might be assigned by Partners/Managers/Senior Administrative Assistant from time to time.
Required skills and Qualifications
- Diploma /Advanced Diploma in Business Administration/Business Management
- Secretarial qualifications
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Organization: Multitasking, time management and organizational abilities.
- Professionalism: a welcoming, professional and positive attitude.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment (printers, scanners etc.)
- Aged between 25 to 40 years old
- 2 to 5 years-experience and a self-starter
Location – Blantyre
