Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Regional Sales Representatives to join our innovative team. The successful Regional Sales Representatives will drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and retaining existing ones.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting new business through cold calling, networking, and industry events
- Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts
- Build long-term client relationships and manage account retention
- Operational collaboration to ensure service excellence
- Supervise staff
- Market analysis and provide sales insights
- Achieve daily sales targets and contribute to company growth
Key Requirements
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities.
- Logistics and shipping knowledge a plus.
- CRM & Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Proven sales experience (High Diploma+ in business/marketing).
