Mango Restaurant & Bar at Ndau Lodge, a small, family-owned lakeside lodge in Nkhata Bay, is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to join our friendly team.

• Proven restaurant and bar experience with relevant hospitality training.

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service.
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage service.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist in training and developing staff.
• Contribute to the lodge's management team and overall success.
