Background information about the job or company

The GEMS Group is is looking for a hands-on and commercially minded Restaurant Manager to join its growing team in Blantyre.

The position will be responsible for the day-to-day management, customer experience and commercial growth of Honey Bean.

Responsibilities or duties

This is a practical management role covering restaurant operations, staff supervision, customer service, kitchen management, stock and food-cost control, sales, social media marketing and special events.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working across front-of-house, management and kitchen responsibilities, including being able to stand in for the Chef when required.
