Responsibilities or duties

The Risk and Compliance Officer will be responsible for:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining risk management frameworks and compliance programs.

• A Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in risk management or compliance (e.g., CRISC, CCEP) are an advantage.
• Strong understanding of insurance regulations and compliance best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience needed

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in risk management and compliance, preferably within the financial services or insurance sector.
